Word (1.05, only)   - To copy one paragraph format to another paragraph - just click anywhere within the paragraph you want to format, then point in the selection bar to the paragraph whose format you want to copy, (make sure that you have a right pointing arrow), hold down the OPTION and COMMAND keys and click.   With Word 3.0 - select the paragraph whose format you want to copy, now select the paragraph you want to copy the format to (don't worry if the first paragraph looks like it's deselected), press COMMAND-A.  (Kind of like "do it again" and you can keep doing it again and again!)
